Here are some videos from the recent “Submission Only” tournament we had in Monterey.

It was a unique format. We divided people into weight groups, then everyone fought everyone. Submissions were 3 points, ties were 1 point, the person with the most points won.

There were NO skill divisions, gi was optional, and there were no points for positions. The result was a very fast paced tournament with the majority of the fights ending in submission.
