Congrats to four Zeus BJJ competitors who represented extremely well at the 2010 Pan Championships!  We brought back 4 medals – one gold and three bronze!

Rob Capili won 4 fights at Blue Belt Master Lightweight and earned the bronze medal!

Devlin Kostal lost his first fight in the weight brackets, but came back to win 4 fights and take the bronze medal in the Blue Belt Master Absolute bracket!

John Tole took bronze in Purple Belt Senior II Heavyweight bracket!

And Dylan Tescher took home the GOLD in the Brown Belt Master Middleweight bracket!

Quick results:  All told, Zeus BJJ brought back 2 golds, 4 silvers, and 6 bronzes (including the 2 kids)! And of our 14 competitors, 9 were doing their first tournament.

Just updated the Upcoming Calendar page with a whole ton of stuff.  Perfect to set your goals for 2010 – there will be 4 in-house tournaments at Claudio’s, 3 larger tournaments in Santa Cruz, and of course the IBJJF events in the LA area.  We’ll continue to update the calendar as more events become published.
